- Please kindly note that silk pillows are thinner than usual pillows, which is better for your cervical vertebra. Before using the silk pillow, we advise you to flap it to make it fluffy. To keep its filling power, please flap the pillow regularly.
Care
- Dry clean or Hand wash ( see step-by-step guide below)
- Avoid contact with rain, water, perfumes and other chemicals.
- Accessories and sprays should be used with extra care so that the quality of your silk products is not compromised.
- Do not use products that contain bleach, whiteners or softeners.
- Remove stains: Treat the stain as soon as possible – a dried stain will be much more difficult to remove. Check for stains and pretreat them before wash. Simply work a little of neutral or special detergent for silk directly to the stain with your fingers and allow it to work for at least 15 minutes before you hand wash the entire silk garment. Entrust it to a professional dry cleaner when necessary.
- Due to the delicate nature of the fibers used, naturally-occurring ‘minor defects’ may be present and vibrant colors may run for the first few washes.

Shipping:
Order confirmations and delivery notifications will be sent to your registered contact. A tracking number will be sent to you by email once your item is shipped out.

- Our delivery service does not cover post office boxes or military mailing addresses(APO, FPO).

- Payment of additional duties and taxes may be required before your order is released from customs, depending on the delivery address.

Return Policy:
For the health and safety of our staff, we ask our customers to take extra precautions by not removing any merchandise from its packaging if they plan to request a return.
We are committed to excellent customer service and ensuring your satisfaction in the products you purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return or exchange unused merchandise in its original packaging within 7 days from the date you received it.
If you wish to return a product, take note of the following guidelines:
- Items must remain in their original packaging with all tags and labels.
- Items must not have been used, washed, or altered in any way.
- Items must not have been damaged by pollutants such as cigarette/ cigar smoke or embedded fragrances and items such as cologne/perfume.
- Items must be completely free of any human hair, animal hair, dirt, etc.
Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange your item for another size or colour, a SG$6 Exchange Fee will be applied for collection and exchange. Items must adhere to the same guidelines stated above.
Damaged or Incorrect items:
If any item is damaged upon receipt, please notify us via Whatsapp +65 8189 8986 or email perlasilksg@gmail.com immediately with proof and we will make arrangements for a replacement. If an incorrect item was shipped, we will replace the item as quickly as possible and issue a return label for the incorrect item at no cost to you.
Shipping Instructions:
Unless items are damaged or incorrect, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. Perlasilk is not responsible for any items lost or damaged during transit.
Perlasilk will inspect all returned products and inform you if the item does not comply with our guidelines. If we find the item returned to be in good condition we will refund you the purchase price (exclusive of shipping fee) within 5 to 7 business days. You will be refunded in full if the return is the result of a manufacturing error.
Conscious choice
- Unlike polyester, nylon, and other synthetics commonly used in fast fashion, our silk is free from petrochemicals and harmful dyes. This makes it gentler on your body and more sustainable for the environment.
- As a natural fiber, silk is readily biodegradable and can be turned into useful mulch or compost after its lifespan, reducing environmental impact.
- The production of Perlasilk products provide employment for artisans and skilled tailors, particularly women, in the highlands of Vietnam, where our silk mills are located.
- Our products are crafted from 100% pure mulberry silk. The special bombyx mori moths are fed exclusively on mulberry leaves, rich in minerals and antioxidants. Their silkworms create cocoons containing 18 amino acids and proteins, which we spin into the world's finest silk. This silk is hypoallergenic and offers beauty benefits for your skin, hair, and sleep.
